Hello and welcome! I would like to say thank you for taking the first step in self-care, which is one of the hardest things to do. I have been where you are, seeking guidance and support for life! I am honored you have taken a look at my page. The focus of our time together will be on you and working through what brings you to counseling. I utilize a holistic approach, meaning I like to focus on you as a whole person, including balancing out eating and sleeping patterns. I bring a kind, welcoming, grounding, and interested air to sessions. I am honored that you choose to share your story with me.
Are you feeling as though you have lost motivation, the ‘zest’ you once used to have or feeling overwhelmed? My experience in with children, teens, and adults can help get your ‘zest’ back. My experience in treating trauma, depression, self-harm, suicidality, personality disorders, and anxiety will help guide individualized treatment for you.
Please remember that seeking a counselor out does not mean you are broken, need to be fixed, or weak. It means that you are courageous enough to invest in yourself and your future. It means that you are strong enough to stand up and work for the life you want to live. Together, we will work towards getting that zest for life back.
